Where do I get my order?

You can pick up your order at the address you provided in the order form.

When do I receive my order?

For the titles we have on stock the delivery period is 24 - 48 hours after recording order and during working days. For the publications we do not have on our stock the delivery period ranges from 4 to 6 weeks (for the titles originating in Europe) and 6 - 8 weeks for other titles. Delivery depends on the availability in our partners & supplier's stock.

How do I pay?

Payment is done when you pick up your order from Fan Courier or via bank transfer.
